WHO I AM?

Steven Hwang:

Leadership Coach & Business Strategist

I'm a Taiwanese-born Canadian who grew up in Argentina and later moved to Montreal, Canada for more than half my life. I've got a great passion for the next generation of growth-minded pursuers to live with purpose and passion, which I believe are unquenchable forces of success in life and career.

I worked in all sorts of jobs in different industries: as a starter in clothing import/wholesale, retail sales, inventory and management, educational consultant, transport logistics, technical support specialist, internet affiliate marketing, and then for over 11 years as a public servant for the Canadian Federal Government.

I never thought I’d work as a Business Strategist, leadership specialist and trainer as I do today.

Faith Positive attitude – I believe in God and have a firm conviction of fulfillment of my calling in life
I will overcome every setback and learn from every mistake. I constantly seek to expand myself into the unknown and remain a student for life
Integrity – living with integrity is essential to my peace of mind and relationship with others. Even if it hurts in the short run, it is the best way to win in life
I live to serve – my service to this world is to connect heart to heart with others, allowing them to know their value and significance SO THAT they have hope and commit to growth so that they may fulfill their callings/assignments in life.
I’m committed to excellence – it has been part of my upbringing, and it is now a core value of mine
I’m persistent – life is a marathon race with constant uphill climbs. As long as we don’t quit, we will ultimately succeed.
I am determined to prosper in all areas of life. We were meant to prosper in all things so that we can benefit in those very areas to others
Personal growth — few things in life give me more satisfaction than personal growth. It is part of my DNA, and I have a mission to help others grow to be their best. I know what it is to be stuck for many years going nowhere in life, and I fight it as a lethal venom off my life!
I am responsible for myself, for what I think, feel, and do. I am responsible for what I can do to make things better. I spend time only helping those who are ready/wants to be helped
Trust is a basic cornerstone of my relationships – being trustworthy and to be able to trust others is essential in my relationships
A healthier soul within will lead to a healthier life outward – I’ll always work on myself, my spirit, my thoughts, my emotions, and my will in order to produce the life I want to create. I manifest my outer life by working on my inner life within.
Humanitarian Work is one of my core passions – Rebuilding the lives of those in need is one of my greatest joys and missions in life.

WHAT’S YOUR TEAM’S JOURNEY?

I’m Steven Hwang, and I spent 11 years working for the Canadian Federal Government. Four years ago, I realized my true passion: helping individuals and businesses break through professional roadblocks, just as I once did. That’s when I launched my life coaching and leadership training business. Less than a year ago, we partnered with an innovative marketing and design company, expanding our capabilities. Today, our team comprises 12 seasoned professionals dedicated to helping SMBs implement forward-thinking business strategies that drive real results.
